Purpose

A body of young professionals who stay involved in our community by having more of an outstanding role with our youth. Through leadership skills, networking and commitment we will to direct our dedication towards increasing the number of youth in our community matched with a mentor and pursuing the Big Brothers Big Sisters mission. With recognized dedication, we will have members eventually serve on the Board of Directors.

Criteria

Young professionals 21-39 years old who can embrace the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters: to help children reach their potential through professionally supported one-to-one relationships with measurable impact.

Roles/Requirements

We accomplish this by both awareness/marketing and fundraising/fund development for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

• One year commitment.
  
• Attend monthly meetings regularly and participate in YPC events.
  
• Attend one BBBS YPC’s special Little Moments presentation.
  
• Make a meaningful donation to BBBSNN.
  
• Recruit at least 5 high quality leads individually.
  
• Fundraising through 2 special events
